• No Returns or Exchanges are allowed once a product is shipped, unless it arrives damaged (see Section 6).
• All sales are final. We request you to double-check bracelet sizes and selections before placing an order.
• These are spiritually activated tools, and once aligned to your energy field, they cannot be reassigned.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, offers, or availability at any time without notice.
• Payment is processed securely via third-party platforms. We do not store credit card details.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Standard shipping within India takes 3-7 business days.
• You will receive a tracking link once the order is dispatched.
• Tat Sat Universe is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address details.

Cancellations

As each product is charged with intention and energy, cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed and processed.

Replacements for Damaged Items

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please:

• Record an unboxing video
• Email us at info@tatsatuniverse.com within 24 hours of receiving the package

If validated, we will issue credit points for a replacement at no additional cost.
